HELP YOUR CLIENT EXPLORE THEIR OPTIONS
Find out what we can offer for their home
We buy homes in Greater Boston & Southern NH and we can help you, help your clients.
Of course, selling to a real estate investor isn’t the best solution for all homeowners but there are certain situations where the convenience of a no obligation, “as-is” offer with a flexible closing date can be of great value.
You present the offer to your clients and help them determine if they should move forward. If they choose to sell to us, you may be helping them avoid months of listing preperation, repairs, stress and uncertainty so that they can move forward with their life fast to focus on what’s more important to them.
If a home is in need of a renovation, the owner needs to sell fast for personal or financial reasons or maybe the listing has been sitting on the market for months with no bites, give us a call to find out what we can pay for the home, we can even close in as little as 10 days if that’s what they need.
We’ve also helped owners who want a dependable and flexible offer so that their home sale contingency doesn’t hold them back from securing their next place.
If you meet a seller who may need our services but they didn’t sign a listing agreement with you, you can still refer them. If they like what we have to offer and choose to sell their home to us, you’ll receive a referral fee upon closing.
Ultimately, we’re a tool to have in your back pocket for when you come across that listing that may require a non-traditional approach. Together, we can help every seller achieve their unique goal, no matter the situation.

Find out what we can offer for their home
When I mentioned my condo to Nick in passing, I never thought he would be able to give me the price I needed for it. Our condo unit was in good shape but the property
and management of the association funds had been neglected for so long that expensive repairs were needed and there was no money to pay for it all. Luckily, AA Real Estate Home Buyers has experience with these situations and bought the unit,
knowing they could turn things around. My husband and I felt as if this unit was a liability and now that we are free from it, we can focus on our home and saving for
our future. The whole experience was so easy. Everyone on the team is nice and
transparent.
Overall, the process was so easy we could not even believe it! Since then, I have recommended AA Real Estate Home Buyers to a few other unit owners and will continue to do so!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What types of home do you buy?
Currently we’re focusing on residential 1 to 4 unit homes and condos in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We particularly favor Middlesex and Essex Counties in Massachusetts but we’re open to the all areas. Right now we’re focusing on homes with an after repair value under $500k.
Will I still get paid my commission?
Absolutely. We’re typically unrepresented and we don’t accept a co-broke fee. The seller can still pay your commission at closing, just like a traditional sale. We can discuss whether or not you’d like to represent us in the transaction as well, and put together a plan you’re comfortable with.
If you meet a seller who could benefit from a fast, convenient sale to an investor but they aren’t signing a listing agreement with you, you can still refer them to us. If they like what we offer and they choose to sell their home to us, you’ll receive a referral fee upon closing.
In both scenarios, if you’d like to, you can list the home back on the market for us once we’ve renovated it.
What types of situations can you help with?
Whether your clients need to secure their next home, relocate across the country, or get immediate access to equity, we can help. Over the last 15 years we’ve helped sellers simplify their transition through both life’s ups & downs.
