I was born and raised in central NH. I am a husband to a wife of 22+ years and a father to a 7-year old daughter. I have been in the building trades and involved in real estate for over 20 years. My interest in multi-family property investing started when I bought my first 3-unit building at 20 years old. A few years later I bought another one. From there, I did a few single family home fix and flips all while running my construction business.

After spending years owning and managing my own properties, I learned a lot about what to do and what NOT to do so I can help property owners avoid some of the property management pitfalls I’ve encountered over the years. I’ve also built and/or renovated 100s of homes – helping countless homeowners create spaces they love within their home. My greatest strengths are knowing how to transform a property into a beautiful, safe home for someone and communicating that process in a simple, easy to understand way.
