When our team heard about this home and ran the numbers it turned out this particular deal wasn’t a good fit, and we weren’t the right buyers.

This particular property was a short sale in Worcester that wasn’t a good fit for us to buy. However, we were still able to connect the homeowner with our short sale team to negotiate with the bank (at no cost to the homeowner, of course!). We also introduced them to a real estate agent who specializes in marketing short sale properties.
This allowed the homeowner to find the right buyer at the right price for them!
