How are you different from a real estate agent?
Real estate agents charge you a commission to list your property and represent you in the transaction. As real estate investors we are the buyer in the tran-saction, and we purchase your property directly from you.

Will you pay retail value?
When you sell your home for “retail value”, or with a real estate agent, there are various costs and fees that will cut into your proft. These fees include:
– Repairs costs to get your home market ready (varies by property)
– Commission fees (typically up to 6% of the sale price)
– Closing costs (typically up to 2 or 3% of the sale price)
– Buyer requests repairs or concessions after their home inspection (cost varies by property)
– Your holding costs throughout the 6+ month process (mortgage, taxes, utility payments etc.)
